Reid-Foley signed a one-year deal with the Mets on Friday to avoid arbitration, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
Reid-Foley spent two separate stints on the Mets' injured list due to a right shoulder impingement, and he was officially shut down in late August after suffering a setback during his rehab assignment. Mets' Jakson Reetz: In camp with Mets as NRI
The Mets signed Reetz to a minor-league contract Friday that includes an invitation to spring training, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
Barring something unforeseen, Reetz isn't going to make the Opening Day roster, but he will give the Mets' some veteran catching depth. The 28-year-old got into six games with the Giants this past season, picking up a double and a home run in 15 plate appearances.

Mets' Dedniel Nunez: Could pitch in winter ball
Nunez is progressing well in his recovery from a right flexor strain and could pitch for the Tigres del Licey in the Dominican Winter League, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Nunez was shelved for much of the second half with the injury, but he has responded well to some rest and a platelet-rich plasma injection. If healthy, Nunez is in line for high-leverage work out of the Mets' bullpen in 2025 after he put up a 2.31 ERA and 48:8 K:BB over 35 innings in 2024.

Mets' Hobie Harris: Joining Mets on minors deal
Harris signed a minor-league contract with the Mets on Thursday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Harris spent the entire 2024 campaign with the Twins' Triple-A affiliate, where he logged a 6.41 ERA and 1.83 WHIP over 53.1 innings. The 31-year-old reliever will now add to the bullpen depth at Triple-A Syracuse, but his chances of making an impact with the Mets in 2025 are slim.

Mets' Joey Meneses: Inks deal with Mets
The Mets signed Meneses on Thursday to a minor-league deal with an invite to MLB spring training, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.
Meneses elected free agency Nov. 4 after the Nationals removed him from their 40-man roster. The 32-year-old was in the middle of his third season in the big leagues before being optioned to Triple-A Rochester on July 4 as he was putting up his worst season yet. He had an OPS of .593 during 2024 with the Nationals, but was able to put up a .793 OPS in the minors after his demotion. The right-handed bat now has a chance to earn a spot on the roster of a National League East opponent.

Mets' Jose Siri: Heading to National League
Siri was traded from the Rays to the Mets on Tuesday in exchange for Eric Orze, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Siri is eligible for arbitration and the Rays may have been on the fence about paying him coming off of a year where he hit .187 with a 37.9 percent strikeout rate. He turned 29 in July and was worth 2.6 fWAR as recently as 2023, so the Mets will bring him in to potentially take over center field duties with Harrison Bader a free agent.

The Mets signed Hagenman to a one-year, $850,000 contract Monday, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.

The right-hander spent all of the 2024 season at Triple-A Worcester in the Red Sox organization, posting a 4.91 ERA and 98:31 K:BB over 91.2 innings while splitting time between the rotation and bullpen.

He spent the majority of the year with Triple-A Sacramento, batting .303 with seven homers, 51 RBI, 53 runs scored and four stolen bases over 99 contests.
